Welcome dear Sister, this is your invitation to immerse yourself in the power of rest, to reconnect with your well-rested woman and to dive deep into the magic of Daring-to rest™ Yoga Nidra meditation. 

Over our 3 week journey, you will nourish yourself with a daily yoga nidra practice (20-35mins), begin to release layers of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion and integrate the healing power of rest into your daily life.

Summer Restorative: Breathe & Bloom

Join me for a deeply nourishing afternoon of guided meditation, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. Gift yourself a deep and sacred pause to nourish and restore after the fullness and busy-ness of the Christmas holiday. 
The afternoon will be a quiet celebration of moving into the fullness of the summer season having already transitioned past the Summer Solstice and heading into the New Year. Often the New Year is a time when new year resolutions abound and our focus shifts to what changes we can make in our lives. This practice invites in a different perspective; we will be taking time to reflect on the fullness of our own summer and inwardly celebrating all that we are currently making manifest and bringing into bloom in our lives.

Spring Equinox: Emerging through Ease

Join us for this mini restorative-retreat as we welcome in the seasonal shift from winter to spring around the time of the Spring Equinox.

This mini retreat will guide you through a spring-inspired meditation, gentle restorative postures to help soften & open the body, whilst recharging our energy reserves for the season of renewal ahead. A guided yoga nidra will further guide us into deeper stillness and relaxation.
