WEEKLY RELAX & RESTORE CLASS:
This restorative yoga class establishes an intentional pause in your weekly rhythm, taking you on a journey through gentle restorative yoga postures, breath awareness and guided savasana to facilitate deep relaxation, recharge energy reserves and maintain wellbeing.
Currently taking a break from weekly teaching as I travel Europe with my family.
SEASONAL RESTORATIVE IMMERSION:
Over the past 3 years, I have loved offering deep rest immersions around the Equinoxes and Solstices. A potent time for us all to take a scared pause and connect in with our reflective and meditative practices. These restorative immersions take us on a deepening journey into stillness through guided meditations, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

WOMEN’S RADICAL REST CIRCLES:
Making time and space to step away from the busy-ness of our daily lives is a key component to helping us move away from exhaustion towards balance and wellbeing. Gifting ourselves permission to rest allows us to move into a healing state of rest & digest and affords us a deepening quality of inner spaciousness. This emptying is the clearing of our inner well from where our inner resources and creativity can spring forth.
